Rankings: candidate items are now displayed on the ranking's main page

The candidates list page stays unchanged, but additionally candidate items (items that don't have the minimum number of votes to officially be in a ranking) are now displayed on the ranking's main page, below the rest. Also, a few minor improvements in regards to rankings. More coming soon.

Mainly thanks to X's tremendous work, we're starting to have some solid databases, e.g:

Best music bands (all time),
Best rock bands (all time),
Greatest artists (all time),
Greatest musicians (all time),
Best video game developers (all time),
Best video game publishers (all time),
Best video games (all time),
Best PC games (all time)
