More specific categories

Improve

Sometimes it's very hard to stick your topic to exactly one category. Maybe users should be able to create or vote on new categories. Another option is improving tags system. I got example for you : Steam is online game platform but there is only option Video Games so the discussion would be named Steam as an video game. As you see something is wrong here.
